Navigator (Middle School Level)

Navigator unit studies take learners deeper into topics, encouraging critical thinking and real-world connections. Each unit includes both an Educator Guide and a Learner Guide for flexibility and support.

• The Educator Guide offers teaching tips, discussion prompts, and additional resources to help lead lessons and enrich learning.

• The Learner Guide is tailored for students, providing clear instructions, activities, and space for reflection, making it ideal for independent work.

With five in-depth lessons, Navigator units feature reflective exercises, inquiry-based projects, and real-world applications. Optional quizzes can be completed traditionally, orally, or open-note—or simply used as a review to ensure understanding.

These units are designed to foster independence, critical thinking, and confidence as learners take ownership of their education.
